Patricia Gigliotti

Patricia Gigliotti is a seasoned marketing and brand leader with over 25 years of experience. Her cross-disciplinary expertise combines the rigour of classical brand management with the agility to lead in a fast-evolving global retail and digital landscape. Her expertise spans the luxury, beauty, and fashion categories.

She began her career at LVMH, and then joined Chanel ANZ, where she worked across Beauty, Fashion and Communications for more than 17 years. As a member of the Executive Team, she served as General Manager, Marketing. Her leadership encompassed end-to-end brand and product strategy, P&L, A&P budget ownership, sales forecasting and all marketing strategy and execution across 15 stand-alone boutiques, department stores, e-retail, e-commerce and travel retail. Chanel attained the No 1 ranking in Australia during this time.

Her experience also includes revered Australian luxury brands such as Paspaley Pearling Group and King Living, bringing her global expertise to elevate local storytelling, heritage positioning, and retail experience to propel these brands into global expansion. Today, she is the founder of Brandcode Collective, a strategic brand and marketing advisory studio partnering with visionary founders and businesses to shape, scale, and sustain long-term brand value.

She holds formal qualifications from the University of Sydney, Master of Commerce (International Business and Marketing) and Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Politics).

Renae Ferraro

Renae Ferraro is a senior brand strategist and marketing Leader, bringing over 15 years of expertise working with some of the world’s most desirable luxury brands like Chanel and Dior.

With an instinct for storytelling and a refined approach to brand positioning, Renae creates more than just narratives — she creates connections that deliver commercial outcomes. She is a strategist who doesn’t just refine brand frameworks but breathes life into them, ensuring every touchpoint from product development to retail, digital marketing, and communications is not just aligned, but resonates with the customer.

As a true evangelist for the consumer, Renae’s work speaks to those who seek not just luxury, but an edit — the why, the why now, and the cultural weight that makes it all feel indispensable. Renae Ferraro holds formal qualifications from the University of Wollongong, Bachelor of Commerce (International Business & Marketing) & Bachelor of Communications & Media Studies (Journalism).

She also holds further certifications in Luxury Brand Management & Product Design from the University of Arts London (UAL), a mini MBA led by Mark Ritson in Brand Management, and Digital Marketing certification via General Assembly.
